Softeng obtains the Microsoft Support Services designation for the quality of its support services.

It is a distinction that Microsoft awards to a very small group of partners globally, and it validates something very specific: our ability to offer technical support with a level of quality, consistency and autonomy aligned with their most demanding standards.

The Microsoft Support Services designation recognizes partners that are able to manage technical support in an efficient, responsive and sustained manner over time on Microsoft cloud environments.

To achieve this, it is not enough to meet formal requirements. Partners must pass an independent assessment, conducted by the consulting firm Information Security Systems International(ISSI), which analyzes how the service actually works on a day-to-day basis.

This audit is based on real operational evidence and focuses on aspects such as incident management, customer experience, escalation processes or the ability to resolve cases directly, without relying on Microsoft.

In the case of Softeng, this model is also reflected in the results: an average score of 4.8 out of 5 in customer satisfaction in support during the last 12 months, supported by a team specialized in Microsoft technologies, consolidated processes and a high capacity for direct resolution.

This recognition endorses something very dear to us: to be close to the customer, to be proactive and to have a deep understanding of Microsoft technology.

What does the Microsoft Support Services Designation recognize?

  • A support model based on mature processes and specialized teams.
  • Real ability to resolve incidents without the need to continually escalate to Microsoft.
  • Sustained and measurable levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operational consistency aligned with the standards that Microsoft requires of its most advanced partners.

This designation reinforces the positioning of Softeng as a specialized partner in Microsoft technology, and complements its six Solutions Partner Designations: Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation and Business Applications, as well as the distinction Azure Expert Managed Services Provider(Azure Expert MSP).

Beyond the recognition, what is relevant is what it implies on a day-to-day basis: a close support model, with real capacity for resolution and prepared to accompany companies in the continuous evolution of Microsoft’s cloud environment.
