2025 has been a year marked by the advancement of technology, where Artificial Intelligence continues to be the protagonist and opens a new range of possibilities for companies through intelligent agents, capable of interpreting, deciding and acting to help organizations move forward with more precision and agility.
In Softeng we have put the focus on what has always defined us: anticipate the technological future, accompany our customers with ambition and maintain technical excellence as the basis of every step we take.
The result is a year full of milestones that reflect our vision, our commitment and our purpose to drive digital innovation.
1. January – We launch Copilot for Softeng Max
We started the year by introducing Copilot for Softeng Max, AI agents integrated into the Softeng Max® Platform to enable our customers to perform and resolve queries faster on their Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Each Softeng Max® Platform tool has its own specialized agent, which converses naturally with IT teams to provide recommendations, accelerate analysis and empower decision making with contextualized information.

February – We opened new offices to promote collaboration with our customers
In Softeng believe in a model of proactive and close support. Therefore, we have opened our new offices in the center of Barcelona: a technological space designed to inspire, share and work side by side with our customers.

March 3 – We gathered more than 400 business and IT leaders at the Max Innovation Day
As for 17 years now, in March we celebrate a new edition of Max Innovation Day, the annual event of Softeng and Microsoft that has become a reference meeting point for business and IT leaders looking for inspiration with the latest on Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
In the 2025 edition, more than 400 executives, CIOs, CISOs and technology leaders filled the MGS Auditorium in Barcelona and the Microsoft offices in Madrid to share a day that combined strategic vision, live demos and case studies.

4. April – We incorporate Artificial Intelligence in the support cases.
We did not stop at Copilot for Softeng Max. In addition, we launched the Support Agent, designed to save time and costs to IT teams that use the Softeng Max® Platform on a daily basis.
Through a conversation with the Support Agent, IT teams can resolve technical issues first level in your Microsoft 365 and Azure immediately and autonomously, without the need to contact directly with an engineer Softeng.

5. May – We renewed for the fourth year the Azure Expert MSP certification.
For the fourth consecutive year, we have renewed the Azure Expert MSP certification, the most prestigious recognition that Microsoft awards to only its most expert Azure partners.
Maintaining this certification year after year demonstrates not only the strength of our processes, but also the commitment of the team to continue growing, training and exceeding the most demanding standards.

June 6 – We obtain two new Advanced Specializations: Copilot and Analytics.
This year we have added two new Microsoft Advanced Specializations: Copilot and Analytics, two fundamental areas for the present and future of companies.
These specializations reinforce our positioning as a reference partner in projects where Artificial Intelligence, data and automation converge to generate real and sustainable value.

7. September – We participate as experts in the main events of the sector.
In addition, in 2025 we reinforce our presence as a reference in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity by participating in some of the most influential events in the sector.
Our experts were invited to present real cases, share strategic insights and demonstrate the potential of AI agents applied to business and security.

8. October – We joined CIDAI to promote the responsible adoption of AI.
We joined as official members of CIDAI, a key center in the promotion of Artificial Intelligence in Catalonia.
This alliance will allow us to contribute to strategic projects, collaborate with leading institutions and accelerate the impact of AI.

9. November – We achieved more than 35 new Microsoft certifications.
Another milestone we are proud of has been the achievement of more than 35 new Microsoft certifications by our experts, an effort that reflects the culture of continuous learning that has been part of our identity for more than 25 years.
10. December – Final adjustments of ‘Agents’, our AI platform to create digital assistants in a safe and efficient way.
In 2025 we have also been working intensively on one of Softeng’s most important developments: our new AI Agents tool, which we will present in March at Max Innovation Day 2026 .
It is a secure platform, built on Microsoft Azure, that will allow companies to use predefined AI agents and create their own agents tailored to their needs, leveraging models such as OpenAI.
