Leading companies share their expertise in AI and Cybersecurity at Max Innovation Day 2026.

At Softeng and Microsoft’s annual event, company executives shared how they are approaching the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity in their organizations, exposing the real challenges they face and the impact of these decisions on their business.

Max Innovation Day has always stood out for its live demonstrations, designed to show how technology is applied in real business situations.

This year, in addition, we wanted to go a step further and incorporated panels of companies so that the managers themselves could share their first-hand experience with Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

During the talks in Barcelona and Madrid, led by Inma Rasero, Partner & Customer Solutions Advisor Softeng, participants focused on the real challenges: how to prioritize, how to integrate these initiatives in the day to day and how to move forward without compromising security.

In Barcelona, the panel featured executives from companies such as Towa International, Neuraxpharm, Manusa and Grup Peralada, who shared very specific experiences on how they are addressing these challenges in their organizations.

For example, Lluís Gargallo explained why Grup Peralada decided to opt for a SOC service that continuously monitors the environment:

With the exponential increase in cyber-attacks, we needed to centralize security in a SOC that would give us real-time visibility and responsiveness.

In addition, one of the most repeated aspects during the panel was the importance of working with data as a basis to move forward with Artificial Intelligence in a real and scalable way.

We realized that we had a hidden cost for not taking advantage of the data we were generating, so we decided to start working on it in Microsoft Fabric. We now scale AI projects in eight weeks and, in two months, we are deploying them in all countries.

In Madrid, the panel was attended by executives from Forus, Delaviuda, Sampol and Grefusa, who also gave their views on how they are integrating Artificial Intelligence into their processes and reinforcing security in increasingly complex environments.

Today we’ve seen a very clear path: a solid security foundation, purposefully adopted AI, well-integrated data, and 24×7 monitoring and response. When these pieces fit together, organizations move forward with more confidence, and more speed on their business objectives.

The round tables have served to confirm something that many organizations are already beginning to experience in their day-to-day work: we are entering a new phase with Artificial Intelligence, where the difference will not be in testing the technology, but in knowing how to integrate it into the day-to-day work of the company with sense.

An approach that was also addressed in the keynotes of the event and that could be seen applied in the live demos of AI and Cybersecurity.
