Due to the success in the areas of engineering systems and networks, software development and the growing demand Web projects developed with our softeng Portal builderplatform, current offices located in the Centre of Barcelona were at the limit of its capacity.

For this reason SOFTENG needed to find alternatives to continue to grow and after probing the real estate market, the last day January 8 the company signed the sale of a property of 220 m2 situated on the same floor and annex to its current Office transaction.

With this acquisition, the headquarters of Barcelona will be to dispose of more than 450 m2 which already is being planned the opening of a new headquarters in Madrid for the second half of this year.
