The phases in which we divide a project are:
Strategic Review
It establishes the basis and scope of the project and the resources required, timing and costs. We work to understand the value you want to obtain and / or provide to their customers, and help you discover new opportunities to increase it.

Production
Is the development of the project milestones and deliverables organized and thus provide customers the ability to review the application as it is being built. Milestones: Prototype, interface design, creation of the database, Implementation, Integration and test-testing. It is a process carried out by iterative cycles until the customer gives us their approval.
Quality control
Once the application has been developed and successfully tested, will pass through a final stage of quality control prior to customer acceptance. Thus, the completed software is delivered to the internal quality team for a thorough testing, both functional (compared with the documentation requirements) and technical (especially loading and stress to simulate user connections that use it).
Implementation
After the quality control and customer acceptance is carried out phase of deployment and implementation, which in turn is divided into five stages field whose order and depend on the project in question:

Project Management
This phase is done in parallel with others, and consists of all the management activities necessary for the success of the project and achieve the objectives. These activities are carried out by the project manager assigned, and consist mainly of control and coordination of resources, cost, time, planning, delivery and quality.
