Development methodologies
From the ancient and modern methodology Waterfall to Agile techniques, SOFTENG has adapted its internal processes based on experience and knowledge, seeing the defects that raised each methodology and tuned to minimize. This form of work led us to adapt naturally a way of working much like agile methodology Scrum. The next logical step was to form work teams and enhance the figure of the Scrum Master by official certifications. For relatively small projects and well-bounded, we use SOFTENG Agile methodology.
For medium-large projects and very large, because it is usually not feasible to accurately analyze and identify all the features you require, we use the SCRUM methodology. This methodology allows us to discover, prioritize and incorporate features iteratively more customer value, reducing risks and maximizing the ROI for your business.
