Development methodologies
From the old methodology and Waterfall to modern agile techniques, SOFTENG has adapted its internal processes based on experience and knowledge, seeing the defects that raised each methodology and modifying them to minimize them. This way of working led us to adapt naturally agile way of working is very similar to the Scrum methodology. The next logical step was to train the teams and enhance the figure of the Scrum Master with official certificates.
