Softeng system approach
Initial audit Prior to any intervention in the field of infrastructure, it is necessary to have a detailed documentation of the initial situation. To do this, in the event that the customer does not have an updated documentation, first engineer visits are made to collect and document the technical data on the infrastructure in a report, which will be delivered to the client, and which will be subsequently remained with the changes that were made in the network.
This documentation will be an asset of utmost importance for the client, irrespective of who is the technical i/o the company to carry out the tasks of maintenance and support of your computer system. Also, will guide functions, to specify clearly how has been designed and configured your system, and the plans of contingency in the event of serious incidents, avoiding later, have to devote resources to analyse how the network is configured or how it should proceed.
Proposed solution Once obtained technical information through the initial audit, SOFTENG prepares a proposal adapted to the needs of each client, by proposing, where possible, the different alternatives for a same solution.
This proposal contains a detailed description of the solution, the costs of its implementation, the cost of the acquisition of third party materials (hardware, licenses, etc.) as well as the timetable for development of the solution.
Implementation of the solution Proposal is accepted, our technicians are responsible for the implementation of the designed solution. Each of the processes is carried out by a technical specialist in the field to which it relates.
In the case of migration of existing systems, we study the best way to distribute the order of execution of processes in order to maximize the time that users can work, thereby ensuring a "smooth transition".
Maintenance and monitoring Once implemented the solution the system happens to be monitored, depending on the type of service, by our systems. Weekly visits, remote maintenance, unattended notification systems, SOFTENG will provide it the it service or package of services requiring the size and the criticality of your infrastructure, and can you ensure very low response times.
