The stages in which we divide a project are as follows:
Establishing databases and the scope of the project, as well as the resources required, timing and costs. We work to understand the value that wants to obtain and/or provide to customers, and we will help you to discover new opportunities to increase it.

It is to clarify the objectives of the project, consider the most appropriate strategy for the development of the same, as well as describe the functionality to be implemented by defining its scope. Stages:

It consists of the development of the project organized in milestones and deliverables and thus facilitate customers the possibility of reviewing the application to this building. Stages: Prototype, design interface, creation of the database, implementation, integration and testing - testing. It's a process that is carried out through iterative cycles unless the customer gives us their conformity.
Once the application has been developed and tested successfully, will go through a final stage of quality control prior to the acceptance of the client. In this way, the finished software is delivered to the team of quality for a deep internal testing, functional (comparing it with the documentation of requirements), both technical (especially burden and stress, simulating connections from users who use it).
Complete control of quality and with the acceptance of the customer, carries out the deployment phase and launched, which in turn is divided into five phases whose order and scope will depend on the project in question:
- Hardware installation: Where necessary, will be the installation of the server or server cluster.
- Installing the software: It will install and configure the software and, in general, the requirements in the proper functioning of the application server.
- Installation of the application: Migration from the test server to the final server.
- Data migration: If necessary, migrate the information from the old database from the Organization Manager to the new server.
- Training: Responsible for the project prepares the necessary documentation, and is responsible for educating future users for the use of the application or for the management of content in the case of Web projects.
- Closing stage, home of the continuous improvement and support: There is finished the project to the objectives agreed with the client have been achieved, and the guarantee will enter into force. During this period functional extensions that add more value added to the project, or new business opportunities leading to future collaborations can be analyzed. At the end of the guarantee, it shall enter into force the period of support and continuous improvement.
This phase is carried out in parallel with others, and is in all the activities of management needed to bring to fruition the project and achieve the objectives set. These activities carries them out the assigned project manager, and they mainly consist of the monitoring and coordination of resources, costs, time, planning, deliverables, and quality.
